For Groups of 25 or more employees, Health Risk Assessment includes at no extra charge the following additional reports:
- Compilation of data with no identifiable information
- Productivity & Economic Benefits Report –this would require the average hourly wage for each group in order for report to be complied.
Wellness Fairs/Screening must be scheduled and will require fasting by employees.
Fees are invoiced and due net 10 days.
